The meetings are facilitated by bereaved parents who are further down the road of grief, and now are able to reach out to help others. Seated in a circle, meetings begin with introductions, a short program and small group sharing sessions. Participation in discussions is by no means required. In fact, new attendees may find that listening is all they want to do.

At every meeting, wristbands and photo buttons are available for those who wish to purchase them.
